These woods were chosen for this collection not only for their beauty, but for their value. Each wood comes in packs of 10 blanks with each blank is sized 5/8" x 5/8" x 5" long. There are two assortment packs with different blanks.
The heartwood is pink to reddish brown, or pale pink to medium brown when freshly cut. It matures to a brownish color with age. The narrow sapwood is almost white in color. Large and prominent wood rays produce a distinct and attractive silver grain figure.
The blanks are 5/8" x 5/8" x 5" long.
The pack contains one blank of the following- Bocote, Cocobolo, Honduras Rosewood, Marodo, Granadillo, Kingwood, Tulipwood, Purpleheart, Bloodwood, and Zericote.
The Wood is light to dark coca or chocolate brown with a golden luster. The very narrow sapwood is yellowish-cream or lemon yellow. Blank is 5/8" x 5/8" x 5" long.
